The Role: Junior Data Analyst

Reporting Directly to: Head of Growth

As a Junior Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial cross-functional role between our marketing and product teams, driving data-centric decisions that enhance our user-centric fitness solutions. You will ensure data integrity, manage data flows, and provide actionable insights to propel our product and marketing strategies forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing data integrity and end-to-end data flows.
• Tagging and auditing data for new product features to ensure accuracy.
• Handling custom data analysis requests using advanced analytical tools like MixPanel.
• Generating insightful reports to guide and optimize our fitness program designs.
• Supporting the CRM team with data segmentation and analytics needs.
• Forecasting key performance metrics and conducting robust A/B testing.
• Advancing our analytics methodologies across the EvolveYou enterprise.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a data & analytics focused role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and a programming language such as Python or R.
• A strong foundation in statistical methods, data mining, predictive modeling, and other quantitative techniques.
• Keen to thrive, learn, and grow in a fast-paced startup ecosystem.
