Junior Data Analyst (Top Secret Clearance Required)

SiloSmashers is on the hunt for a Junior Data Analyst to enhance our federal law enforcement client's data support operations. This role is pivotal in analyzing and presenting information from diversified sources to generate documents, reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries with utmost accuracy and appropriate format.

Work Description

As a Junior Data Analyst at SiloSmashers, you will:

• Engage in ad hoc data projects and analyses that yield actionable recommendations and relevant insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect data and generate basic reports in response to client inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop top-tier analytical solutions.
• Precisely enter required data into various databases, documents, and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this Junior Data Analyst position will have:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least two (2) years of general office assistant experience; this educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has five (5) or more years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in data analysis, including proficiency in data management activities using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Access, and Adobe Acrobat.
• The ability to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
