Job Summary

As a KYC Client Data Manager I, your primary role will be to oversee and ensure the compliance of client KYC records with regulatory standards. This includes the management of the KYC lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of all due diligence requirements at the inception and renewal of client relationships. You'll deliver exceptional customer service and manage daily operations while working to enhance processes continuously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement KYC standards, policies, and procedures across the banking sector.
  • Complete all KYC documentation accurately, adhering to the firm’s KYC requirements, including various levels of due diligence.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams and other stakeholders to address KYC exceptions and secure necessary approvals.
  • Provide stellar customer service to both internal and external clients, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Lead and develop an effective team through constant communication, timely feedback, and proper supervisory practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Degree in a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Financial Services, with a focus on Compliance and KYC.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to identify risks and manage projects to successful completion.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
