About the Role – Lead Analytics Analyst in AFC Monitoring & Screening

As a Lead Analytics Analyst within the AFC Monitoring & Screening Global Platform, you will play a vital role in the strategic enhancement of transaction monitoring and screening systems. The information you handle will be pivotal in identifying and mitigating potential risks related to financial crime.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze diverse datasets to identify patterns and trends that pose potential risks.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support the AFC’s objectives.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to merge business needs with technical expertise.
• Engage with data engineers and architects to enhance data-driven strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in data analysis, visualization, and dealing with large datasets.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools focused on Big Data.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
