Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a group of Analysts and Analytics Engineers. Set priorities, identify opportunities, and direct hands-on analytical outputs.

Domain Ownership: Manage a business domain, dive into specific issues, and aid teams in enhancing patient engagement on our platform. Question and refine stakeholder metrics and performance.

Data Exploration: Analyze extensive datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that significantly influence our business growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Cooperatively engage with departments like marketing, finance, operations, and product to define and address analytical requirements.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 7 years in the field with profound knowledge in SQL and a scripting language (e.g., Python).

Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with tools such as dbt or Dataform. Proficiency with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau is beneficial.

Soft Skills: Capable of building substantial stakeholder relationships across diverse teams, paired with a strong ownership mentality and a proactive approach.
