About the Role:

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will:

  • Develop and deliver reporting insights to enhance Commercial Excellence and our broader Sales Organization.
  • Utilize tools like Alteryx to build efficient, robust data lakes, fulfilling the data needs of key business areas.
  • Synthesize diverse data sets from multiple sources, employing advanced technologies like Oracle and Alteryx.
  • Create dynamic tools to streamline data, enhancing the visibility and decision-making process of frontline sales leaders.
  • Work closely with sales operations and finance departments to meet Commercial Excellence reporting needs.
  • Implement and refine machine learning models to address complex business challenges, and analyze large datasets to improve algorithms and insights.
  • Drive artificial intelligence (AI) user testing and adoption in Power BI, collaborating with the Data Analytics team.

About You:

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a 4-year college degree with 10 to 15 years of experience in sales data analysis, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Possess high-level skills in Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate strong technical proficiency, including hands-on experience in machine learning model design and implementation.
  • Have an exceptional ability to manage projects, analyze complex data sets, and develop efficient data solutions.
  • Are effective communicators and collaborators, able to work seamlessly with various business units.
