Technical Scoring and Analytics Team: Our team enhances customer experiences with Salesforce by providing data that helps optimize and improve the technical performance of Salesforce products. As an engineer on our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the data that feeds our scores and analytical frameworks. Success in the Role will be: Building trust with the teams you work with by creating scalable, efficient, and robust data pipelines, reflecting a deep understanding and application of best practices in data modeling and ETL/ELT processes. Your contribution to version control and CI/CD systems will improve deployment frequencies and reduce integration issues. Skills for Success: - Deep proficiency in SQL and experience in Python, Java, or Scala - Expertise in building scalable data pipelines using best practices in data modeling and ETL/ELT processes - Proficiency in technologies like Spark, Trino, Snowflake, and experience with cloud ecosystems like AWS or GCP Minimum Requirements: - B.S/M.S. in Computer Sciences or equivalent field - 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in data engineering Preferred: - Familiarity with Salesforce products or related CRM systems - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or any other prominent cloud provider. - Experience with advanced debugging techniques and performance tuning.
