About the Role of Lead Data Ops Engineer

We seek a Lead Data Ops Engineer to work closely with our talented functional teams to foster an agile and inclusive learning ecosystem. This role intersects deeply with engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to enhance our high-performance culture. Your contributions will be essential in driving exceptional company performance and bolstering our organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create top-tier customer-facing documentation that is both informative and engaging.
• Clarify processes by documenting critical information, thus enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Convert tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, ensuring it's accessible and actionable.

Requirements

• Lead customer interactions and handle 2-3 customer accounts independently.
• Resolve issues efficiently using advanced tools such as JIRA, SQL, Unix, ETL, and Python.
• Drive data analysis, create customer presentations, and lead report creation processes.
• Manage platform upgrades, quality assurance, and customer enhancement implementations within your regional scope.
• Contribute to hiring processes and act as a backup of SEM for your region.
