This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that significantly reduce administrative costs and enhance customer experiences.

Role Overview

The Lead Data Product Manager is pivotal in collaborating with stakeholders across the board to identify essential data needs, leveraging data throughout the product lifecycle, and documenting requirements for new functionalities or products. You will bridge the gap between solution and product teams, managing data features effectively.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Define problem statements, features, value hypotheses, and identify necessary teams.
• Prioritize features across technical teams involved in data support.
• Ensure product owners are aligned with objectives, strategies, and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into precise data requirements.
• Engage in capability development and advocate for Agile practices.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to drive strategic business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in product management.
• At least two years of project leadership experience.
• SAFe Agile POPM certification.
• Strong proficiency in Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Azure Dev Ops (ADO).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Experience with Cloud Computing, Genesys platforms, or similar.
• Familiarity with the healthcare insurance industry and Six Sigma certifications.
