Job Overview

As the Lead Data Product Manager in our Qsight division, you will spearhead innovative data intelligence solutions tailored for the healthcare industry. This role involves handling data product lifecycle management, from conception through delivery, ensuring high data quality and functionality. You will facilitate collaboration across R&D, engineering, and marketing teams, driving forward the development of next-generation data products for market leaders in healthcare.

What You’ll Do

- Lead Qsight's initiatives in crafting cutting-edge data products and solutions.
- Manage a comprehensive database platform, enhancing data ingestion, management, and delivery processes.
- Collaborate extensively with engineering, product management, and R&D teams to establish a robust data pipeline and SOPs.
- Drive the gathering and prioritization of technical and business requirements for SaaS analytics products.
- Translate product value propositions into detailed technical requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously align data products with business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for significant product-related issues and client engagement.

What You Have

- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in data product management or database management, including managerial responsibilities.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling, along with experience in ETL development.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a record of successful team leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

- Competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 based on experience, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
