• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to strict policies and practices.
• Lead with expert insights on Data Science, orchestrating and communicating strategies for complex problem resolutions.
• Manage the technological aspects of AI projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and stakeholder needs.
• Build and implement robust data solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure technology, including Azure Machine Learning and Azure Data Factory.
• Innovate and apply advanced AI models to address complex business challenges, steering data-driven strategic decisions.
• Supervise a diverse team of data scientists, promoting a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and tailor AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze extensive data sets to distill and present insights comprehensively to stakeholders.
• Effectively monitor and refine AI models in production using metrics to optimize the MLOps pipeline.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in data science, machine learning, GenAI, and cloud technologies.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience.
• 10+ years in the IT industry, with at least 8 years in data science and machine learning.
• Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deploying models into production.
• Proficient in Python or R, SQL, and familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop and Spark.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure's data science toolkit, and proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Effective leadership and communication skills are a must, along with certifications such as Azure Data Scientist Associate or Azure AI Engineer Associate preferred.
