Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist with a well-rounded background in data analytics, practical experience in optimizing replenishment strategies and resource allocation within supply chains, enhanced by strong coding skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refactor the existing Distribution Optimization algorithm using Object-Oriented Programming in Python.
• Engage with the latest data science applications to address complex business issues within Supply Chain and Retail/CPG optimization.
• Employ advanced statistical techniques and algorithms to crunch large datasets, deriving actionable insights for replenishment and inventory allocation.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge predictive models and optimization algorithms to streamline inventory management, minimize stockouts, and enhance resource distribution.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into robust data-driven solutions.
• Design and perform experiments to assess the efficacy of various replenishment strategies and policies.
• Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to advise on continuous enhancement measures.
• Keep up with industry trends in data science, replenishment, and supply chain management to fuel in-house innovation.

Position Requirements:

• At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist focused on replenishment optimization and inventory management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's).
• In-depth knowledge of statistical methods, optimization techniques, and predictive modeling.
• Proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL, and familiar with various data analysis and machine learning libraries.
