Job Description: Product Lead

We are on a mission to revolutionize fitness with technology and we are looking for a Product Lead to drive the development of our AI-driven components, specifically focusing on the fitness recommender system and virtual fitness assistant. This role goes beyond fine-tuning algorithms, focusing on creating a personalized activity experience that understands and evolves with each user.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic roadmap for our fitness app's workout recommender system and AI assistant.
• Innovate personalized workout plans and health tips for a tailor-made user experience.
• Create an objective-setting framework with metrics to measure AI improvements.
• Enhance user interaction through AI advancements in NLP and adaptive learning systems.
• Adapt AI systems for diverse global markets, considering cultural fitness preferences.
• Collaborate with product squads to maximize AI personalization adoption and usage.
• Work with Data Analytics, UX Research, Design, Leadership, and Marketing teams for optimal impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a PM career, 3+ years in AI technologies.
• Experience managing products with large audiences in complex, data-driven environments, preferably in fitness or health tech sectors.
• A proven track record of developing products based on personalization, closely working with ML solutions.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch, focusing on user engagement and continuous improvements based on feedback and data.
• Up-to-date knowledge of LLMs and Recommendation systems.
• Understanding of ML processes and ability to promote AI-driven product culture.
• In-depth understanding of the fitness app ecosystem and enthusiasm for merging health with advanced technology.
