Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead our mission of data-driven business transformation, collaborating closely with Celonis Sales Teams to drive customer success from start to finish.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage Celonis EMS to meet strategic goals and create meaningful business value.
• Work with partners and Celonis Services to implement impactful business solutions across a range of processes and industries, facilitating rapid platform adoption.
• Identify customers’ strategic priorities and translate them into actionable Celonis use cases, building demos and robust business cases to attract new clients.
• Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects, presenting strategic roadmaps and value opportunities to C-Level executives.
• Lead business value workshops and use Celonis to pinpoint opportunities for process improvements.
• Utilize Celonis’s proprietary programming language, PQL, to craft tailored process mining solutions.
• Analyze large data sets to understand client operations and identify process inefficiencies.
• Engineer complex workflows to automate business processes through machine learning techniques.
• Initiate improvements in core business functions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
• Manage the customer value journey, focusing on landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal.
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis EMS as a vital business transformation platform within client organizations.
• Provide valuable feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform based on new customer use cases.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in an analytical, customer-facing role focusing on Process Improvement or Digital Transformation consulting.

Experience must include:

• Process Mining event-logs, PQL, SQL, Python, and YAML
• SaaS applications, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa
• Implementing Automation/RPA and BI tools
• Machine Learning and Simulation
• Utilizing ETL including API, Kafka, and on-premises extraction
• Leading enterprise software sales cycles with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) above $1 Million
• Software and/or consulting engagements centered on finance and supply chain transformation initiatives

Domestic travel within the US is required 25% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role in New York is between $108,306 and $158,000 USD per annum. The total compensation package includes base salary, bonus/commission, equity, health benefits (health, dental, life insurance), 401k, and paid time off. Actual compensation will depend on various factors such as qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
