Basic Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in CS, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field - Strong experience with NLP, NLU, deep learning, and generative models - Experience in building and applying machine learning models for business applications - Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch - A proven track record in implementing, operating and delivering innovative solutions at a large scale - Demonstrated ability to independently drive various DS explorations, from idea generation to prototyping, testing hypotheses, and soliciting feedback from stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - A PhD in CS, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field - 5+ years of industry/applied research experience in machine learning, NLP, deep learning and/or information retrieval - Expertise in applying LLMs, prompt design, and fine-tuning methods - Strong background in various ML techniques, ranging from Artificial Neural Networks to Bayesian methods - Experience with conversational AI - Top-tier publications in related fields - Exceptional problem-solving ability; capable of resolving issues that haven't been addressed before - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated history of fostering strong collaborative relationships across various technical and business teams.
