Role Overview

The Lease Center of Excellence Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing lease data. This critical position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee data accuracy and leverage insights that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in managing leases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze lease data to pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and its data landscape.
  • Proactively anticipate data requirements and derive insights from complex issues.
  • Link data sources to strengthen data infrastructure and analytical frameworks.
  • Focus on customer- and stakeholder-centric project views.
  • Manage project timelines and enhance customer excellence.
  • Communicate findings effectively through various platforms like dashboards and presentations.
  • Continuously improve data reporting methods to optimize insights.
  • Recommend enhancements for data analytics and reporting systems.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to advance lease management tools and systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • OR Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • OR equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the datacenter industry and lease agreements.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft's cloud operations and infrastructure.

Compensation

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. Variations apply based on the location within specific markets like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, ranging from USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year.
