Join our innovative Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) Team at Autodesk, and spearhead groundbreaking data-led engagements throughout the entire customer lifecycle. As a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Data Analyst, you will pioneer our emerging analytics function. Your role is crucial in collaborating with Lifecycle Marketers to conduct thorough data analyses on tech admin and end user behavior across our product lines. Your insights will help craft new lifecycle experiences that enhance time to value, adoption, renewal, and growth in customer accounts. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, this role offers you a unique chance to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly influence experience design and strategic decision-making processes across Autodesk.

Key Responsibilities

You will handle intake analysis requests from Lifecycle Marketers to understand their core questions and decision-making goals. Your job involves translating these requests into precise analytics briefs. Furthermore, you will:

  • Manage project assignments across Data Analysts within the team, prioritizing analysis and setting processes to support efficient delivery of work.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic business decisions.
  • Develop advanced data models, dashboards, and reports for tracking and delivering actionable insights.
  • Contribute to data governance and quality initiatives ensuring data consistency and reliability.
  • Stay current with industry trends in data analysis, visualization, and emerging technology applications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and ILM Ops to utilize data insights effectively.
  • Create presentations to share insights with partners, including senior leadership.
  • Align closely with Lifecycle Marketers to set up and accurately measure tests and customer experiences.
  • Provide global support to ILM Lifecycle Marketers with analysis as required.

Minimum Qualifications

A successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with growth teams in SaaS or comparable environments.
  • Proven expertise as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, focusing on complex data analysis to provide strategic insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extensive experience in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with advanced statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and programming in Python or R.
  • A background in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

Salary and Benefits

The expected U.S. base salary range for this role is between $112,200 and $181,610, based on candidate's experience and location. Autodesk's comprehensive compensation package includes annual bonuses, stock grants, and an array of benefits.
