Logistics Data Analyst

We are currently expanding and are looking to add a driven individual to our team based in our San Pedro Sula office.

Shift Availability:

Morning shift (Alternate weekends)

Evening shift (Alternate weekends)

Weekends coverage (Friday to Monday)

Responsibilities

• Carry out research and create requirements through document analysis and continuous interaction with various stakeholders.
• Define the scope and objectives of projects in collaboration with business owners and technical teams.
• Create business cases and/or project summaries; prepare needs analyses and problem definitions in professional dashboards; identify current state, desired future state, and gaps.
• Ensure detailed and accurate documentation, which may include aspects such as business requirements, technical specifications, and report writing of findings.
• Develop technical solutions to resolve business problems and suggest improvements and efficiencies based on the company and industry framework.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with all users on the status of production issues that may occur, and inform them of resolution methods.

Requirements

• Preferable knowledge in Power BI
• High level of technical expertise
• Daily support of operations and safety team to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence
• Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations
• Self-starter with sound judgment and the ability to proactively manage upward where appropriate
• Accountable for results, strives to meet and exceed expectations
• Time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills
• Outstanding organization and multitasking abilities
