Join Our HR Operations Team as a Payroll Specialist / MDM Coordinator in Solna

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist / MDM Coordinator for Arla's headquarters in Solna. This dynamic role is evenly split between payroll specialist and MDM coordinator responsibilities.

As a key player in our payroll team of eight, you will work closely with our HR operations specialist. The entire HR Operations team collaborates across various functions.

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Payroll Specialist / MDM Coordinator, you will manage the company's payroll reporting directly to the Arla Payroll Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling payroll operations for salaried and hourly employees, including global payroll.
• Managing complex payroll issues and providing payroll advice to employees and managers.
• Reporting on pensions, financial statements, and managing insurance administration.
• Serving as the link between HR Operations, MDM (Master Data Management), and payroll.
• Developing statistics, mapping, and analyzing our HR processes, improving data quality in our HR systems.
• Training and supporting our managers and leaders with various functions in our HR system, Success Factors.
• Enhancing and simplifying the daily operative HR work for our managers.

You will play a vital role in bridging and building knowledge within the payroll team, ensuring we meet our goals in payroll delivery and support to employees and managers.

What Will Help You Succeed

We are looking for an experienced, independent, and motivated payroll specialist. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage various tasks. You should be service-oriented with excellent communication skills.

A background in payroll education with several years of experience as a payroll specialist is preferred. Proficiency in both English and Swedish is required. Familiarity with labor laws, and systems knowledge, especially SAP, are highly regarded.
