Your Role as a Machine Intelligence Data Analyst

As a Machine Intelligence Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing performance and quality data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and addressing optimization opportunities to directly impact our business.

Main Responsibilities

Forcam Manufacturing Execution System Expertise
  • Become an expert user of the Forcam system, mastering its functionalities and capabilities.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the database structures to evaluate trends and correlations.
  • Regularly monitor the system for optimal functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT specialists to resolve any issues or impairments.
Data Analysis and Insights
  • Analyze performance and quality data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights.
Collaboration and Improvement Initiatives
  • Work closely with the manufacturing process engineer and development teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on implementing process improvements based on data findings.
Performance and Quality Improvements
  • Identify factors impacting machine performance and product quality through data analysis.
  • Develop predictive models for performance metrics and quality indicators.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize performance and minimize defects.
  • Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of improvements to achieve desired outcomes.
Training and Documentation
  • Train system users on the Forcam system.
  • Develop comprehensive instructions, procedures, and training materials.
Data Organization and Presentation
  • Organize and analyze data to recommend actions for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and management.
  • Document case studies of improvement activities.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills for drawing actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data organization for analysis.
