Job Description

Responsibilities - Your Mission

• Collaborate with domain experts, data scientists, and AI specialists to accelerate ML/AI applications into production.
• Develop ML systems considering all aspects of the ML product lifecycle including model training, deployment, monitoring, and validation.
• Support architecture discussions on integrating AI/ML in existing IM applications.
• Deploy and maintain both software and ML systems in multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
• Define software engineering and MLOps best practices to be adopted across the business.
• Participate in HR AI use case analysis and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with other HR digital teams to maximize the use of HR data and systems.

Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a STEM subject.
• Experience in one or more programming and/or scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of NLP, embeddings, and LLMs.
• Understanding of software design and architecture.
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning techniques such as deep learning, convolutional neural networks, and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP or AWS.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding or experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with agile development principles.
• Understanding of MLOps and the machine learning product life cycle.
• Experience developing software or infrastructure for scalable systems.
• Experience with optimizing machine learning algorithms.
• Experience designing, building, and operating machine learning solutions leveraging specific machine learning architectures.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
