Job Summary:

As a Machine Learning Operations Engineer, you will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to develop, manage, and streamline machine learning solutions. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technologies and take on responsibilities that align with your career interests, including scrum master and team coordination roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage machine learning models on prominent cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Implement MLOps best practices to increase operational efficiencies and foster innovation.
• Design and govern frameworks to ensure model versioning, explainability, and fairness in machine learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust machine learning infrastructures and workflows to support scalable operations.
• Utilize technologies such as Python, Docker, CI/CD, SQL, NoSQL, and more for optimal machine learning deployment.
• Collaborate with various teams to tackle technical challenges and promote continuous improvement across projects.

Requirements:

• Expertise in MLOps methodologies and familiarity with industry trends.
• Strong proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and data processing tools such as pandas and NumPy.
• Knowledge of containerization, virtualization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Capability in Python programming and version control systems like Git.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of security practices in ML deployments and experience with platforms like MLflow or Kubeflow.

Education & Experience:

Preferably holding a Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. We consider candidates with 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development, technology, or engineering environments.
