About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer at OnLogic, you will:

• Design and maintain pipelines for efficient deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including architects, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into essential production systems.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of machine learning models to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Support the infrastructure necessary to bring machine learning models into production seamlessly.
• Utilize platforms like Google Cloud Platform to implement SaaS machine learning models.
• Engage in the full lifecycle of machine learning model development, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to exploratory data analysis and algorithm implementation.
• Stay informed on the latest industry advancements in AI and machine learning, bringing innovative solutions to our projects.
• Document and communicate findings and insights gathered during model development and deployment.

By joining the IT/Software team at OnLogic, you'll collaborate with software developers, data scientists, architects, and a wide range of technology professionals that are revolutionizing our internal systems and enhancing customer interactions through technology.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with machine learning libraries.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• A strong understanding of NLP and computer vision techniques and various machine learning algorithms.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
