Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic early-career Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects that apply machine learning techniques to develop intelligent applications. You will collaborate with top researchers and engineers to build AI solutions that provide significant value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with machine learning researchers to bring large-scale, cutting-edge artifacts to production, including scaling models and architecting deployment systems.
  • Manage large datasets by preprocessing, cleaning, and preparing them for training and inference.
  • Design, implement, and optimize data processing pipelines for scalability and efficiency.
  • Architect systems for research experimentation and artifact evaluation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and MLOps tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Math, or a related field.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in software engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and related compute/storage systems.
  • Experience working with the Linux OS.
  • Experience with Docker containers.
  • Understanding of software development best practices, including version control and agile methodologies.
  • Previous internship or project experience in machine learning, data science, or MLOps.

Salary: $90k-$110k
