We are searching for a highly driven AI/ML Engineering Graduate Intern for an exciting opportunity to work with Intel Corporate Quality Network (CQN) Labs. The ideal candidate should understand AI-driven solutions and possess a mix of creativity and analytical skills required to implement these solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requires good problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a dynamic and multifunctional team, and a desire to learn key concepts of microelectronic technology development.
- Experiment with a variety of methods involving complex data sets, create proofs of concept and prototypes of new ideas, and assist with strategic enhancements to existing models.
- Collaborate with engineers from a range of engineering backgrounds to aid in the implementation of proof-of-concept AI-based solutions/models and validate them.
- Present, report, and publish on relevant technical topics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management, internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- The applicant must be pursuing a Master's or a PhD degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields (Statistics, Applied Math, etc.).
- Must have completed AI coursework (or have 6+ months of experience in the field).
- At least 12 months of experience with scripting and programming skills in Python, R, and/or C/C++.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep Learning, ML Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Applied data science. Experience with image and time-series data.
- Software development for AI/ML
- Non-linear estimation methods, feature extraction, exploratory data analysis
- Deep learning techniques, model development/validation, and recommendation systems
- Probabilistic Modelling (Bayesian modelling, Graphical models)
