Job Overview: Middle Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Middle Machine Learning Engineer who will be vital in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our machine learning applications. This role presents an exciting opportunity to impact key strategic business metrics through innovative ML solutions.

What Will You Do?

• Collaborate with departments like Sales, Marketing, Products, Payments, and Dealing to translate their requirements into effective and scalable machine learning solutions.
• Take on projects such as LTV prediction, churn prediction, antifraud solutions, uplift modeling, and implementing large language models to enhance marketing performance and reduce costs.
• Oversee existing ML solutions, manage improvements, and broaden the machine learning framework across the organization to promote a data-driven culture.
• Enhance MLOps practices, ensuring streamlined model development, deployment, and monitoring, thus improving ML solution quality and explicability.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of business environments and where ML can add value.
• Technological proficiency in Python, PyTorch, PySpark, SQL (MSSQL, Postgres), ClickHouse, AWS (EC2, EKS, EMR), Docker, Kafka, ELK, and Airflow.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining MLOps practices, including model version control, automated testing, and CI/CD for ML systems.
• Utilization of AWS ML (or similar) services for developing and deploying models.
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure, various data sources, and development processes.
• Previous experience applying data science tools to mobile apps, gaming or fintech is a plus.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain) is highly advantageous.
