Responsibilities
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will join our dynamic, entrepreneurial team committed to developing the world's most advanced AI-based smart care management platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Passionate about developing AI-driven products that make a significant impact
- Ownership-driven and thrives in startup or small team environments
- Adept at transitioning ideas from R&D prototypes to large-scale production
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and analytical problem solver
- High-signal communicator with a knack for asking insightful questions
- Bonus: Experience with healthcare and clinical data
Required Skills
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, and Transformers
- Proficient with machine learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Vertex AI
- Excellent programming skills in Python along with data processing libraries like Pandas and NumPy
- Expertise in data preprocessing, cleaning, and labeling to ensure high-quality datasets
- Proficient in model evaluation techniques, accuracy metrics, hyperparameter tuning, and fine-tuning
- Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience in building, deploying, and scaling ML models and big data projects in production environments
- Effective collaborator within cross-functional teams and with stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
