About The Role:

Robust Intelligence is a leader in AI security. In this evolving AI landscape, numerous challenges await your innovative solutions that will make AI safer for everyone. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will build cutting-edge models and algorithms to detect and protect against AI security risks. Gaining deep domain knowledge in AI and security, you’ll manage all aspects of developing detection techniques and deploying them in production environments. You will work closely with a cross-functional team comprising researchers, engineers, and security experts to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and identify AI security risks by experimenting with the latest ML techniques to build state-of-the-art protections.
  • Develop end-to-end ML workflows, experimentation pipelines, and evaluation strategies, and deploy protective mechanisms in production environments.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to stay updated on the latest Generative AI research and emerging security risks.
  • Participate in red-teaming assessments to uncover potential threats, gather context, and refine our products.
  • Contribute to the overall machine learning culture as a key team member.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering.
  • Strong background in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Hands-on learning approach with a constant drive to decompose and understand problem areas.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Golang.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technologies We Use:

  • Python, including libraries like numpy and pandas.
  • ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Fastai, XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, and sklearn.
  • gRPC for platform integration.
  • Bonus: Experience with Golang.
