About the Role

As a Machine Learning Support Engineer at Labelbox, you'll be crucial in providing first-class support and building trusted relationships with our customers. This role involves using live chat and other internal resources to solve product issues and proactively guide users in maximizing their utilization of our platform.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing customer experience and fostering trusted advisory relationships.
  • Gaining deep knowledge of the Labelbox product and keeping up with upcoming features to better prepare our customers.
  • Identifying and understanding customer success metrics to help guide them towards achieving their goals.
  • Proposing creative solutions to customer business challenges.
  • Acting as a customer advocate in internal product discussions, ensuring that customer feedback influences product development.
  • Monitoring trends in customer experiences to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Labelbox platform.

About You

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • At least 1+ year of experience on a Technical Support team.
  • A BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python; experience with Machine Learning is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex customer inquiries.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate new technologies.
  • Experience with common support tools such as Intercom, GitHub, Jira, etc.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000, reflecting the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. This role is adaptable to a remote-friendly hybrid model, with tech hubs located in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland.
