This role is designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for HPE ProLiant Compute AI solutions.
• Guide the portfolio team(s) in defining value propositions, customer segmentation, and business cases to bring innovative and disruptive products to market.
• Synthesize market requirements into customer-focused marketing details.
• Align product portfolios with business segment goals across all lifecycle phases.
• Evaluate and assess key operational metrics such as revenue, margins, market share, quality performance, and delivery timelines.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to define and execute a business strategy driving operational excellence and profit.
• Strong foundation in AI technology and market strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams on complex projects.

• Exceptional team and people management abilities.
• Skills in cost-efficient solution building and financial performance analysis.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Technical understanding of the industry and capability to provide product-specific training.
