The Data team consists of around fifteen staff including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Data Strategists, collaborating on the co-construction of tools that generate value from our clients' data.

Job Description
You will be working with our clients on setting up BI reporting tools for business performance optimization, transforming customer data into insights for better decision making, or predictive analytics for identifying growth pockets. As a manager, your mission will be to build a data vision, in accordance with the stakeholders and/or a IT/Engineering team at the client's side.
For this, you will work closely with stakeholders:
- In understanding the functional aspects of their projects through specification workshops and successive iterations on the analyses carried out
- You will align the various stakeholders to build a data roadmap that covers all the customer's needs and use cases
- You will methodically and thoroughly develop these projects, up to their operational industrialization and the support required for the product's lifecycle
- You will recommend data flow and modelling solutions for the creation of deliverables
- Internally, you will contribute to collective monitoring and common emulation, during our sharing days, writing articles, or participating in internal projects.
Qualifications
- Data visualization: You have significant experience with one or several data visualization solutions: PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Qlik
- Cloud: You have experience with one or more cloud provider(s) and its/their data stack: AWS (S3, Glue, …), GCP (Cloud Storage, Big Query, Cloud SQL, …), Azure (ADLS, Synapse, Stream Analytics)
- Coding: to carry out your data analyses, you have strong knowledge of at least one of the following languages: SQL, Python, Spark, Dax
- Web Analytics: you have significant experience with a Tag Management System (Google Tag Manager, Matomo, Tealium…) and Web Analytics (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics…)
- You have deep knowledge of technologies and tools such as Snowflake, MongoDB, relational and analytical databases…
- You have been involved in several stages of a self-service data project (data storage, analytics tools, data API, visualization tools)
- You take initiative, work with quality standards, openness and kindness
- You have diverse experience with a data analytics stack.
