Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data pipelines for both internal and external data sources, ensuring optimal data delivery and scalability.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of talented data engineers.
• Organize and compile large, complex data sets into catalogs that meet both functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Oversee, monitor, and maintain daily data-related operations and requirements.
• Design and build optimal ETL solutions for various data platforms, including on-premises and cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business units and enablers, to automate manual processes and ensure end-to-end automation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in data management and engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong SQL skills with a solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Kafka, Spark, and PySpark.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, big data, and lakehouse solutions.
• Knowledge of Python and R is a plus.
• Technical expertise in data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques is an added advantage.
