Job Role: Manager, Digital Marketing Business Intelligence

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager, Business Intelligence to enhance our Business Intelligence capabilities. This crucial role involves designing, developing, and deploying customized reporting and data visualization solutions. By supporting our data-driven consultancy team, you'll play a pivotal role in harnessing data science, automation, and visualization tools to sculpt metrics-based strategies that elevate media efficiencies and drive marketing intelligence insights across various industry verticals like Travel, Retail, CPG, and B2B.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage bespoke reporting and data visualization solutions tailored for our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to refine tools and techniques for measurement according to stakeholder needs in digital media environments, including SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and CTV.
  • Lead the development of automated data visualizations using platforms such as Tableau, Datorama, and GDS to provide stakeholders with real-time insights and performance metrics.
  • Engage directly with clients through calls and emails to oversee Analytics engagements.
  • Produce detailed reports and documentation that contribute to the analysis process.
  • Analyze performance marketing campaigns, focusing on lifts analysis and ROI efficiencies.
  • Maintain strict quality control over all outputs of analysis, reporting, and data visualization to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Manage additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics within a client-side or agency environment.
  • Proven expertise with BI tools such as Tableau, Datorama, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
  • Strong programming skills, preferably with SQL, R, or Python.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights in an understandable manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and their tracking methodologies, including Google Marketing Platform and Facebook.
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
