Position Overview

As the Manager of Global Marketing Data Management within our Global Strategy & Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business through expert data management. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Insights & Analytics, your mission is to devise and implement data strategies that boost marketing effectiveness and drive strategic decision-making.

Your Key Areas of Responsibilities Include:

Data Strategy Development:

  • Designing comprehensive data strategies that align with our marketing and organizational objectives.
  • Defining and refining data management protocols to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
  • Managing data collection, storage, and integration in collaboration with IT departments to support advanced marketing analytics.

Data Governance and Compliance:

  • Creating and enforcing data governance frameworks to comply with laws like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Setting up stringent data quality controls and monitoring data utilization to safeguard against risks.

Data Analytics and Insights:

  • Leading the charge in data analytics to derive actionable insights that inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Developing key performance metrics to evaluate marketing strategies' effectiveness and ROI.

Collaboration and Integration:

  • Working across various teams to integrate data management strategies with broader business goals.
  • Partnering with IT to merge marketing data with enterprise systems for comprehensive customer insights.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Keeping abreast of industry trends to continuously enhance our data management capabilities.
  • Empowering the marketing team with training and tools needed for optimal use of data technologies.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with a preference for an advanced degree.
  • At least 7 years of experience in data management or analytics, specifically in marketing.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, digital analytics platforms, and advanced data analytics tools like SQL, Python, or R.
  • Proven leadership skills with a knack for strategic problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a remote position, ideally based within 50 miles of a major US airport to accommodate travel needs. The salary range for this role is $93,000 – $142,140, dependent on experience and skills. You will also be eligible for our annual incentive compensation plan and a comprehensive benefits package.
