Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of analytic products, from concept through deployment, adhering to high analytical standards and aligning with business goals.
  • Design and implement A/B testing to constantly refine marketing tactics based on robust data analysis and real-time feedback.
  • Continuously improve analytic tools and strategies, adjusting to campaign feedback and market shifts for optimal ROI.
  • Direct the management of critical KPIs related to customer engagement, expanding access to essential insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality by collaborating with technology and quality assurance teams.
  • Promote an agile and collaborative team culture using tools like Jira for swift implementation of innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A demonstrable track record of using data-driven insights to drive marketing success.
  • At least five years of experience in customer data analytics, with expertise in SQL, Python, and machine learning frameworks.
  • A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of data management principles and cloud technologies, particularly AWS tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MarTech platforms, especially Adobe Experience Platform, and a robust understanding of data privacy and PII management are highly advantageous.

Travel and Physical Demands

Quarterly or bi-annual visits to the LA office may be required.

This role offers a competitive salary positioned near the middle of our pay range, with consideration given to candidates with exceptional qualifications. NFL employees work a standard 40-hour week under FSLA Exempt status.
