Role Overview

The Mid-Market Sales Manager will wield a significant impact by carrying sales quotas and spearheading initiatives for approximately 80 existing clients along with prospects within small to mid-sized business sectors. You will harness your skills to generate up to USD 50k per client through innovative sales strategies, driving renewals and securing new accounts across diverse verticals such as advertisers and digital publishers. This role demands proficiency in creating fresh pipelines and managing end-to-end sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities: Build enduring relationships, effectively manage sales from prospecting to closure, develop new pipelines, and consistently meet targets. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Operational Activities: Utilize CRM and other technologies to meticulously track and execute sales processes.

Cross-Functional Activities: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams to enhance product delivery and client satisfaction.

Experiences & Qualifications

This role requires advanced fluency in Thai (both written and spoken), a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, or Finance, and at least 3-4 years in high-performing sales environments. Familiarity with Nielsen's offerings is preferred.

Competencies & Skills

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, adept in digital marketing, sales tool proficiency (including SAP/Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and outstanding strategic and analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence are imperative.
