About the Role

As a Manufacturing Excellence Data Analyst, you will be a vital member of our Operational Excellence team. Your role will focus on:

  • Enhancing manufacturing performance management and KPI reporting with effective visual displays of data.
  • Distilling critical business development information across the organization.
  • Advancing our digital maturity by automating report inputs and collaborating closely with IT and Digital Transformation teams.
  • Optimizing data collection and analysis methodologies and policies.
  • Supporting high-level manufacturing and supply chain integration by leading enterprise-wide initiatives and technology advancements.

Who You Are

You are someone who thrives on learning, innovation, and making a meaningful difference. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of business experience, including a technical focus in a professional setting.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • An understanding of data visualization techniques.
  • Preferred qualifications include Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with IT infrastructure.
  • The ability to travel globally and domestically up to 10% of the time.
