What’s in it for you?

As a key member of our dedicated team of programmers/analysts, you will collaborate closely with researchers to understand their strategies and ensure their needs around analytics, metrics, forecasting, and reporting are met. You will initiate and manage various social and market research projects including online (CAWI), telephone (CATI), and face-to-face (CAPI) methodologies, as well as scripting and managing questionnaires.

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in the market research industry
  • Strong practical experience in market research survey programming for CAWI, CATI, and CAPI
  • Analysis experience with SPSS, Q Professional, Power BI, and Qualtrics
  • Functional knowledge of Python and JavaScript
  • Ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Numeracy skills and logical thinking

Highly Regarded Skills

While the following skills are not essential, they will greatly contribute to your success in this role:

  • Experience programming CAWI in Acuity and Qualtrics
  • Experience programming CATI in Voxco
  • Experience using SurveyToGo for CAPI
  • Web design skills: CSS/HTML/Flash/Silverlight/JavaScript
  • SQL Database experience
  • Proficiency in writing R and Visual Basic scripts
  • Interest in writing macros
  • Experience working with research panels on projects with complex sampling methodologies
  • Experience with Displayr
  • Understanding of ISO 20252 requirements
  • Experience with large organizational 360 EX feedback programs
  • Experience with large transport XM programs

The minimum annual salary for this position is $92,000, including superannuation.
