Accenture is looking for a Client Marketing Data Analytics Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing + Communications Data & Analytics team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-value insights and analytics capabilities, enabling data-driven decisions, relevant customer experiences, and optimized ROI.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

• Leverage audience segmentation, quantitative analysis, and data mining to deeply understand client audiences and marketing channel engagement.

• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the client journey and marketing content.

• Advise on and implement measurement strategies and key performance indicators to optimize marketing programs.

• Educate marketing teams on using automated dashboards and analytics solutions for self-serve insights, driving continuous improvement in our analytics capabilities.

• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests, managing prioritization and timely delivery to stakeholders.

• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, security compliance policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience: 4-5+ years in analytics, preferably in B2B marketing analytics.

• Proven expertise in marketing measurement tools and metrics across platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, and major social media channels.

• Strong skills in quantitative analysis, data visualization (e.g., PowerBI), and data mining. Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and preferably Python.

• Exceptional ability to consult and collaborate with stakeholders to derive meaningful analytics and insights.

• Fluency in English with excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
