Open Role: Marketing Analyst and Data Operations Manager (Remote, US or Los Angeles, CA)

The Marketing Analyst and Data Operations Manager will support the Senior Director of Global Marketing, Donor Gamete Services, and collaborate extensively with teams across the California Cryobank and Donor Egg Bank USA brands. In this pivotal role, you'll manage and analyze marketing processes and data, contributing to data-driven decision-making that enhances our marketing efficacy and impacts growth positively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management and Optimization: Analyze and enhance current marketing strategies and operations, creating streamlined, effective practices across multiple teams.
  • Marketing Performance Analysis: Use data analytics to drive marketing strategies, identify trends, define KPIs, and optimize overall marketing performance.
  • Marketing Technology Management: Oversee and integrate marketing technologies such as CRM systems and analytics tools, ensuring efficient operation and team training.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, optimize resources, and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and other departments to synchronize marketing and business strategies.

Travel requirements are minimal, approximately 10%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in marketing operations and analytics within both B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Strong command over marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Outstanding project management skills capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for detailed, efficient organizational practices.
  • A background in marketing with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. An MBA is preferred.

Salary Range: $105,000 to $140,000, dependent on experience. We provide an excellent benefits package which includes medical coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and other perks.
