Wrike is seeking a Marketing Analytics Engineer to enhance and support digital marketing efforts throughout the lead journey. This includes managing the tracking tech stack and improving conversion and spend efficiency.

Meet Your Team

Your team consists of five dedicated members focused on enhancing key business metrics like ROI and conversion rates. The team handles tracking enablement and provides critical visibility for stakeholders through comprehensive reporting. Some recent projects include:

  • Enabling data sources for end-to-end analysis from impression to purchase
  • Automating data extraction from 3rd-party advertising vendors
  • Optimizing campaigns with web scoring
  • Preparing web data infrastructure to comply with upcoming Google cookie tracking restrictions

How We Work

Our tech stack includes GA4/UA, GBQ, PostgreSQL, Tableau, ADH, Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Airflow, and Python.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support critical lead data pipelines and collaborate with the data engineering team for new data enablement and quality
  • Create and maintain ETL processes
  • Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Research lead funnel data to provide insights for marketing teams
  • Set up and analyze A/B tests for website and marketing campaigns
  • Build BI reports and visualize data for marketing stakeholders
  • Present marketing performance results to team leaders and the executive team

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Proficient in SQL and databases (Postgres and BigQuery)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Python skills for building ETL processes
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies
  • Upper intermediate or fluent in English

Preferable Skills

  • Experience with Airflow
