Team Overview

The Managed Services team within Visa is dedicated to our clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. We specialize in guiding client projects from strategy to execution focusing on enhancing customer engagement and profitability. As an integral part of a vibrant team, you will work in a client-centric environment using Human Centric Design methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role Summary

As a Marketing Campaign Data Analyst, your main role will be to harness analytics to support customer marketing campaigns from inception to delivery. Working alongside leaders like the Delivery Lead and Marketing Manager, your insights will help shape effective marketing strategies to both attract and retain valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client data systems and infrastructures to extract vital information.
  • Create visual representations of data trends and patterns to support marketing strategies.
  • Participate in campaign execution stages, from data segmentation to CRM execution, particularly using Unica.
  • Provide analytical summaries on consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate on the development and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure feedback mechanisms are in place to enhance future marketing efforts.
  • Document key processes and best practices for broader client engagements.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Consulting.
  • Demonstrable expertise in SQL and data visualization tools, with a preference for PowerBI.
  • Proficiency in additional programming languages such as SAS or Python is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills with expertise in transforming data into compelling stories.
  • Experience with the Unica marketing automation platform is essential.
  • A proactive approach, keen analytical abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
