Job Description

Are you looking for stimulating projects in a supportive environment while contributing to the growth of a digital marketing expert group? Do you want to assist clients in thinking through their digital strategies and then implementing them across various channels and activation platforms? Join the Numberly team!

As a marketing data analyst...

  • You work on several issues, for several clients, and in various sectors (supermarket, retail, luxury, charity, banking/insurance…)
  • You use varied marketing and digital data: consumption data, navigation data, email response data, declarative data from surveys.
  • You provide relevant analyses on business and/or business issues. You help to understand consumer behavior and the evolution of customer expectations better.
  • You conduct marketing studies on the clients' databases: dashboards, scoring, segmentation, data analysis, customer value ...
  • You translate and synthesize information to facilitate decision-making. You formulate initial recommendation tracks in connection with your analysis.
  • You interact with different teams and support on study and measurement questions: setting up test protocols to measure the impact of a campaign, review of marketing activity, the impact of a loyalty program.
  • You participate in spreading the data culture within Numberly.

Qualifications

In addition to being nice…

  • You have an M2 degree (engineering schools, universities) with a specialization in statistics / data analysis / data sciences.
  • You ideally have a successful first experience in marketing data analysis (1 or 2 years in alternating / fixed-term / permanent contract).
  • You possess strong analytical capabilities and knowledge about statistical models.
  • You are a meticulous, versatile and independent person.
  • You have knowledge of database tools (SQL) and ideally classic statistical tools (R, Python…)
  • You have a good level of professional English.
  • And finally, you enjoy pots, conferences, foosball, yoga classes.
