The Role

As a marketing data analyst based remotely in Poland, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Oviva's marketing strategies through detailed data analysis and insights. You will track, report, and analyze performance across marketing and customer funnels, optimize activities based on your findings, and identify key opportunities for growth and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and ensure accuracy in marketing tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting infrastructure spanning the customer funnel.
  • Integrate data from diverse sources like ad platforms, GA4, survey tools, and Salesforce CRM to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of major marketing channels and budget allocation to optimize marketing spend and performance.
  • Own and enhance the analytics and reporting processes for growth and product marketing within the company.
  • Engage in media mix co-ownership and contribute to attribution modeling and performance analysis with internal and external stakeholders.

What We Expect from You

To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, informatics, or a related field and have at least three years of experience in marketing data analytics, preferably within a B2C startup environment. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce CRM, Google Tag Manager, and LookerStudio are crucial. You should have a good grasp of customer journey mapping and be capable of conducting sophisticated data analyses that inform strategic decisions.
