About the Role
Galileo is looking for a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to significantly advance our marketing data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. This role is pivotal in leading the development of data systems to support scalable marketing initiatives and provide deep insights into essential financial metrics like Lifetime Value (LTV). Your expertise will optimize our paid marketing channels and establish sophisticated reporting mechanisms across our key business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Data Infrastructure: Enhance our marketing data framework to support scalable efforts and integrate various data sources into a centralized system for efficient analysis and reporting.
- Lead Reporting Initiatives: Spearhead the development and execution of a reporting roadmap that aligns with our strategic marketing objectives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Enable Self-Service Analytics: Build a robust data infrastructure that empowers team members to independently perform data analyses, fostering a data-driven organizational culture.
- Handle Ad-Hoc Analytics Requests: Implement a streamlined process for managing sporadic analytics demands, seamlessly integrating them into existing operations without disruption.
- Refine LTV Calculations: Enhance Lifetime Value metrics across different business lines to provide critical profitability insights and guide marketing strategies.
- Ensure Metric Accuracy: Establish strict quality controls to maintain high confidence in the accuracy and clarity of reported marketing metrics.
- Maintain Tracking Infrastructure: Develop and sustain a comprehensive tracking system to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
About You
We are excited to hear from candidates with:
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Data Analytics, with a documented history of deriving insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in analytics and business intelligence tools like Looker, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adjust, and Segment. Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data visualization tools are crucial.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of conducting complex data analyses and effectively sharing findings to facilitate informed decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for the Marketing Data Analyst position starts at $145,000 annually, commensurate with experience, performance, and market conditions. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
