Job Description We are looking for support in analysis and insight activities for ServiceNow’s Marketing Analytics Insights team. The role will involve understanding customer/prospect behavior, identifying opportunities, measuring marketing effectiveness and ROI across our business. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytic skills including data engineering, complex querying, and should be proficient in using math and statistics to interpret data patterns. Knowledge in the Marketing domain and communication skills are must-haves, along with a deep interest in machine learning and research. Your tasks will include: - Analyzing large amounts of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and patterns. - Building predictive and machine learning models to address business use cases. - Presenting insights using data visualization techniques. - Proposing solutions and strategies to address business challenges. - Collaborating with engineering and product development teams. - Providing recurring and ad hoc reports on campaign health and performance. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst - Experience in data mining - Knowledge about machine-learning and operations research - Proficiency in R, SQL, and Python - Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) - An analytical mind and business acumen - Solid math skills (e.g., statistics, algebra) - Problem-solving aptitude - Excellent communication and presentation skills - BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred - An adaptable and inquisitive nature - Comfort in working in a dynamic environment with complex and imperfect data - Strong organizational and project management skills ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
