Responsibilities

Communicate and Collaborate
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into marketing performance, including metrics such as email performance and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with data security regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Effectively communicate data insights and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.

Drive Results
Utilize foundational customer segments to build targeted lists for email, advertising, web personalization, and social media campaigns. Establish systematic methods for importing and extracting data from our repositories and business systems.

Focus on Customer Success
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and provide insightful recommendations for audience strategy and segmentation to ensure successful outcomes.

Create an Impact
Participate in automation and standardization projects supporting the Data Stewardship Program. Enhance data accuracy by identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies.

Innovate and Adapt
Identify and implement strategies to optimize existing audience segments or automate processes, boosting relevance and engagement in our marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot or Marketo
  • Proficiency in SQL, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Power BI
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, VBA, and Macros
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills
  • Effective communication skills for visual, verbal, and written presentations
  • Capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Recommended Qualifications
Experience with IDQ (Informatica Data Quality)
