Our focus areas include CRM systems, loyalty programs, price management, and contract digitalization, empowering our community of Key Account managers and sales negotiators with essential market and sales insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve E-Commerce & Special Sales performance.
  • Compile and analyze data from various internal sources such as sales, pricing, and products to create algorithms for optimized sales offers.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to interpret E-Commerce and Special Sales data, providing stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics related to E-Commerce/Special Sales.
  • Offer guidance on pricing strategies, product assortments, content, and customer engagement based on thorough data analysis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for the effective integration of E-Commerce activities within the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of E-Commerce trends, technologies, and analytical practices.
  • Experience in E-Commerce data analysis, preferably within the Mobility Aftermarket or similar domains.
  • Proficiency in E-Commerce data analytics tools such as PBI or SAP.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a collaborative approach to solving problems.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
