About the Role

The Master Data (MDM) Analyst position at Haleon is a strategic asset. You will work at an MDM Domain level to enhance Data Quality, Availability, and Efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Master Data, you will be part of the growing MDM capability within our Data Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup of the business-owned governance organization with Data Domain Owners.
• Coordinate cross-team/function activities for the Enterprise Master Data, ensuring business accountability, data definition, quality measurement, and optimal processes & technology.
• Address complex problems in Master Data, recommending process or system changes and guiding these changes through to operational delivery.
• Partner with and influence business Domain/Data Owners and wider D&T teams to implement changes.
• Serve as an MDM Expert, with advanced knowledge in at least two areas such as Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance, or HR data. Stay updated with the latest methods and approaches.
• Provide training and coaching on MDM to key roles to drive improvements.
• Conduct data analysis across varying applications to deliver insights at different levels.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing and optimizing MDM processes, especially leveraging AI technologies.
• Act as an MDM ambassador, promoting MDM literacy across the company.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential

• Proven experience in Master Data practices, including Data Definition, Data Quality, Process design and execution, Operating models.
• Experience in the CPG industry with knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Technical proficiency in Master Data analysis, including profiling data, reviewing process metrics, and creating change recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and communicate effectively.
• Ability to bring new and best practices from external partners to accelerate our Master Data journey.

Preferred

• Ability to communicate and influence Master Data improvements effectively.
• Experience in multiple Master Data domains and cross-functional processes, such as Customer and Material master data within commercial and supply chain contexts.
