What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure master data setup requests adhere to established standards and policies.
• Develop relationships with other functional teams and communicate erroneous data requiring correction.
• Monitor the flow of data between ABC Setup, eMDM, and SAP for accuracy and completeness, escalating issues within DMS and Digital Transformation teams as needed.
• Interact extensively with other internal departments across ABC on issue resolution, providing guidance regarding master data setups.
• Work with large amounts of data and utilize multiple systems to research, audit, and analyze information.
• Rapidly detect and correct master data issues, ensuring root causes are addressed.
• Develop reporting tools, processes, and procedures.
• Research data discrepancies on quality and exception reports to comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements, taking corrective action as appropriate.
• Participate in process improvements and projects, supporting master data initiatives.
• Cross-train on DMS processes needed for creating and maintaining materials, vendors, and pricing in SGS systems.
• Utilize and customize automated tools for mass data updates.

What Your Background Should Look Like

• Experience in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of ABC policies, programs & services, and products.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
